Shipping
We send you your purchase through Canada Post Express Post. For orders being delivered in Canada: All regular priced orders that total more than $200 before taxes qualify for free shipping. Orders that are on sale or under $200 will be charged $15 shipping costs for anywhere in Canada. For orders being delivered to the U.S.A: All regular priced orders that total more than $200 before taxes qualify for free shipping. Orders on sale or under $200 will be charged $30 shipping costs for anywhere in the U.S.A. For International orders: All orders will be charged a $75 shipping fee, please be advised that International shipments may take time while passing through customs and we cannot guarantee a time of delivery. You can contact the boutique directly if you have any questions regarding International shipments. You are responsible for any duties incurred on U.S. and International purchases. Your purchase should arrive within 2-4 business days (Canada) and 3-9 business days (U.S.). You will be provided with the tracking number so you can track your purchase as it is being delivered to you. If you have any special shipping instructions please contact the boutique directly before purchase.
Taxes
Canadian Residents: Quebec residents will be charged the G.S.T. and Q.S.T. on all purchases. All other Canadian residents will only be charged the G.S.T. American and International Residents: Will not be charged sales tax.
Exchange Policy
Boutique U&I will gladly exchange or issue credit within 15 days of purchase on regular priced, unworn merchandise (all original tags and/or boxes must be returned with merchandise). No cash or credit card refunds. Sale and discounted items are final and not returnable! Please contact us at customerservice@boutiqueuandi.com as soon as you know for certain that you would like to exchange or return your purchase for credit. DO NOT send merchandise back without contacting us first. Please include your sales receipt number. Credit will be issued upon arrival of the returned merchandise. Shipping charges are non-refundable and we recommend you insure the merchandise and retain the tracking number. Credit is valid at Boutique U&I (online and in store) for a period of 1 year.
